This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the FIR on the petitioner complaint dated 03.05.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 03.05.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.230 of 2016 and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
