Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent No.2 to remove the names of the petitioner and his two sons entered in the History sheet i) H.S.No.328/2019 ii) H.S.No.329/2019 iii) H.S.No.330/2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent based on the representation of the petitioner dated 17.12.2022.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.2 to remove the names of the petitioner and his two sons entered in the History sheet i) H.S.No.328/2019 ii) H.S.No.329/2019 iii) H.S.No.330/2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent based on the representation of the petitioner dated 17.12.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2022 is available and appropriate orders will be passed after conducting the enquiry.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2022 and pass appropriate orders in the manner known to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs. 2/4
