3.The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to allow the condone delay application.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the delay in filing the written statement of 6th defendant and adoption memo of 7th defendant in C.S.No.248 of 2025, is condoned.
