representation dated 27.02.2024.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Librarian Grade III on the basis of her qualification and seniority by including her name in the appropriate place in G.O.Ms.No.52, dated 26.02.2024 issued by the first respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first and second respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
