Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to issue No Objection Certificate to the petitioner for the purpose of obtaining license from the Petroleum Explosive Safety Organisation (PESO) for storing Petroleum product in the premises situated at Plot No.43-47, Sidco Industrial Estate, Alathur, Tamil Nadu - 603 110 falling in S. No.237/3A, Alathur Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District pursuant to the order of the Appellate Authority viz., Transport Commissioner in his proceedings bearing R. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for issuance of a No Objection Certificate based on the petitioner's application.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner now submits that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, No Objection Certificate has been issued. A copy of the No Objection Certificate dated 08.04.2022 has also been placed before this Court, today. Since the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been achieved, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
