ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to register a case, on the complaints given by the petitioner and to investigate the same and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaints dated 06.04.2016 and 20.04.2016, petition enquiry was conducted and that the petitioner appeared before the Enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Officer on 19.04.2016 and has stated that he will work out his remedy before the Court of Law. Hence, the petition enquiry was closed by the respondent-Police. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
