2. Heard Mr.K.Thenrajan, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr.I.Arokiasamy, Government Advocate, appearing for the Respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent submits that the order of this Court has been complied with by the Respondent by issuing the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1683/2016/A1, dated 20.07.2016.
