ORDER
The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed in WP.No.38882/2016 dated 07.12.2016, came forward to file the present contempt petition.
The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order, which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with, vide https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ endorsement of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Cheyyar, in
RC.No.A4/2279/2017 dated 15.02.2018. He has also produced a copy of the said Government Order before this Court, which is taken on file and record.
Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In the light of the same, the contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved and if it is open to him under law, he is always at liberty challenge the same in accordance with law before the competent Forum.
