ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.06.2015 and to investigate the matter and to file a final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that no such complaint has been received by the respondent police. 4.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint along with the Surveyor's report to the second respondent and on such complaint being given by the petitioner, the same shall be looked into and action shall be taken by the second respondent in accordance with law.
