ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1081 days in representing the writ appeal.

2. Heard Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Normally, this Court would accept petitions to condone the

delay in representing on plausible reasons, but, in this case, the delay is more than thousand days, for which, though some reasons have been stated at paragraph 2 of the affidavit filed in support of this petition, we are inclined to entertain this petition, however, only on terms as the delay is huge.

4. Therefore, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- with the High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Madras, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. On such payment, the present petition is ordered. Failing to make the payment would entitle the petition to be dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
