CMP.No.10804 of 2018 in S.A.No.20 of 2008 N.SESHASAYEE,J It is submitted by the counsel for the appellant/petitioner that notice could not be served on the respondents 1 and 2 and he seeks permission of this Court to effect paper publication to them through substituted service by way of paper publication.

2. The appellant/petitioner is directed to take paper publication to the respondents 1 and 2 in a Tamil daily viz., 'Maalai Malar' on or before 23.07.2019 indicating the date of hearing as 30.07.2019.

3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
