Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to delete the names of the respondents 5 to 7 whose names were wrongly entered as joint pattadar in Patta No.24600 comprising in S.No.777/2A measuring 0.42.0 Hectares situated at Mahimandalam, Kadpadi Taluk, Vellore District, which is owned to the petitioners.

ORDER
By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the time of admission itself.
2.According to the petitioners, they are the absolute owners of the property in S.No.777/2A measuring to an extent of 0.42.0 Hectares situated at Mahimandalam, Kadpadi Taluk, Vellore District and they have been in possession and enjoyment of the same. On 03.05.2018, the revenue officials entered into their property and conducted a survey. When the same was questioned by the petitioners, they were informed that the names of the respondents 5 to 7 were included as joint pattadars in patta No.24600, with respect to the petitioners' property. Hence, the petitioners submitted a representation dated 18.06.2018 to the respondent authorities to delete the names of the respondents 5 to 7 in the patta in question. Since the said representation was not considered so far, the petitioners have come up with the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 in this regard.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents 1 to 4 fairly submitted that the respondent authorities would consider the representation of the petitioners dated 18.06.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 18.06.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioners, the respondents 5 to 7 as well as any other interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
