This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the proposed respondents 4 to 12 to implead themselves in the Civil Revision Petition. The petitioners in this petition are also objectors and they have been impleaded as defendants in the suit in O.S.No.5 of 2015 pursuant to the order passed by the Court below. Hence, these petitioners also wanted to implead themselves in the Civil Revision Petition.

2. Final orders have been passed in the Civil Revision Petition and the petitioners in the Civil Revision Petition have been directed to be impleaded as defendants in the suit in order to enable them to give their objections/suggestions. In the same manner, the petitioners in this petition can also place their objections/suggestions.
