This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to issue a direction to the Respondents 1 & 2 not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecution submitted that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.358 of 2015 for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 447, 323, 354, 329 I.P.C.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that a case has been registered in Crime No.358 of 2015 for the alleged offences as against the petitioner. No blanket https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
