:Respondents Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to set aside the award dated 14.05.2015 passed by the second respondent pertaining to the dispute between the petitioner and the first respondent in Arbitration Case No. 16 of 2014.
This Original Petition coming on this day before this Court for hearing in the presence of Mr.V.Anilkumar, Advocate for the petitioners herein and the respondents herein not appearing in person or by advocate and upon reading the petition and the Award dated 14.05.2015 filed herein, and the learned counsel for the petitioner having submitted that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the present OP on the ground that the dispute was resolved between the parties and he has also made an endorsement on the petition stating that " The counsel for petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present O.P. on the dispute was resolved between the parties", and this court doth recording the same, It is ordered:- That the Original Petition No. 486 of 2015 be and is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
