PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to consider petitioner representation dated 20.02.2024 and consequently direct them to provide police protection to the petitioner and her coolie workers to clean and remove the torn bushes from petitioner vacant house site plots situated at Arcot Taluk, Arcot Town, D-Ward, 15th Block, Town Survey No. 10/5 Old Survey No. 778/31 to the extent of 2714.87 sq.mt (29212 sq. ft) New Survey Number D-Ward, 22nd Block, Town Survey No. 49/1A1.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent herein to consider petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2024 and consequently direct them to provide police protection to the petitioner and her coolie workers to clean and remove the torn bushes from petitioner vacant house site plots situated at Arcot Taluk, Arcot Town, D-Ward, 15th Block, Town Survey No. 10/5 Old Survey No. 778/31 to the extent of 2714.87 sq.mt (29212 sq. ft) New Survey Number D-Ward, 22nd Block, Town Survey No. 49/1A1.

2. Heard Mr.E.Kannadasan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of first respondent.

respondent submitted that on the representation of the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in CSR No.303 of 2024 and closed on 24.02.2024 by the first respondent.

In view of the aforesaid submission, no further orders can be passed in this petition. It is left open to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the civil Court.
