O R D E R

The prayer sought for in this appeal is to set aside the conviction imposed by Judgment dated 12.09.2011 made in S.C.No.83 of 201 on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Court, Perundurai.

Since the appellant has undergone the conviction and sentence imposed by the Trial Court, he sent a letter through the jail Superintendent to his counsel, Mr.N.Manokaran, on 17.03.2018, stating that he is likely to be released after completing the sentence period within one or two days and hence, he seeks permission to withdraw this appeal. 3.
