Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to grant an order of police protection to the Car-temple procession to be held in this year on between Aadi and Avani of this year and also to the petitioner from the onslaught of his antagonist Ex-President Kuttiappan.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to grant an order of police protection to the Car-temple procession to be held this year between Aadi and Avani and also to the petitioner from the onslaught of his antagonist Ex-President Kuttiappan.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that when the temple car proceeds through the petitioner's street, some persons are objecting to the Temple Car stopping in front of the petitioner's house. In this connection, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent police, on such complaint, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.113 of 2016.

4. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.113 of 2016 and take action in accordance with law and ensure that there is no law https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and order problem during the Temple Car Procession. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
