PETITION filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act praying to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.10022/2016 dated 17.03.2016.

ORDER

Mr.P.Srinivas, learned counsel for the Municipality submits that an opportunity of hearing has been given to the petitioner by the then Commissioner. The Commissioner has been transferred, but the report is available in the files and based upon the same, the Commissioner of Komarapalayam Municipality, will pass an order provided, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ this Court grants some time.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner does not object to the said request provided the time is limited to be reasonable time.

3.Considering the facts of this case, this Court directs the respondent to pass final orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Recording the stand taken by the petitioner, this contempt petition stands closed. In case of any violation, the petitioner is entitled to restore the contempt petition and seek to initiate stringent action against the respondent.
