This petition is filed to condone the delay of 154 days in filing the present Civil Revision Petition against the order dated 18.02.2025, passed in E.A.No.14 of 2023 in E.P.No.264 of 2008 in DR. Award No.44 of 2002. CMP No.5508 of 2026:

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 133 days in filing the present Civil Revision Petition against the order dated 18.02.2025, passed in E.A.No.1 of 2024 in E.P.No.264 of 2008 in DR. Award No.44 of 2002. 2.This Court has gone through the averments in para '9' of the affidavit filed in support of the petition, and is of the view that the delay can be condoned subject to terms.

3.Accordingly, these petitions are ordered and the delay of 154 days and 133 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees Thousand only) in each petitions, to the Madras High Court Advocate Clerks Welfare Association within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.Post the matter on 02.06.2026 for reporting compliance. 30-04-2026 Internet:Yes dsn
