2. In view of the fact that two Awards dated 19.10.2016 in I.D.(T). No.10 of 2012 and I.D.(T). No.26 of 2012 have been passed by the Labour Court, Puducherry, after reference pursuant to the settlement, there is no dispute in existence as on date, as the dispute has been closed by means of settlement and therefore, in the considered opinion of this Court, no further adjudication is required in these two petitions.

3. Accordingly, these two Writ Petitions are closed. No costs.
