This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 145 days in paying deficit court fees of R.12,400/- in the above appeal in CMA.SR.No.28216 of 2025 as against the final award passed in MCOP.No.510 of 2018, by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Additional District Judge, Hosur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned. C.M.P.No.5460 of 2025 is allowed.
