ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for seeking a direction, to direct the first and second respondents to provide adequate police protection to the life of the petitioner and her family and her property, by considering the representation dated 12.03.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the suit filed by the petitioner in O.S.No.132 of 2007 before the Additional District Munsif Court, Thittagudi injunction was granted in favour of the petitioner. Inspite of the same, the respondents 3 to 5 had trespassed into the petitioner's property, threatened the petitioner and his family members and made hindrance. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a compliant.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that both the parties were called for enquiry by the second respondent/police. The respondents 3 to 5 had given an undertaking letter by stating that they will not cause any disturbance or threaten the petitioner. Further, the dispute between them has to be resolved by approaching the Revenue Authorities. The undertaking letter given by both the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 to 5 have been produced before this Court and the same is taken on record.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents/police, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
