Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader on instructions, would submit that the accused has already been arrested and released on bail and the police authority has already ascertained the properties purchased out of ill-gotten money. One property has been attached. As regards the other property , they have already moved the concerned Magistrate also and they are in process to find out further

properties.
