This petitioner had already been granted anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court by an order dated 19.02.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners who appeared through video conferencing stated that surety could not be executed, but it does not mean, the second anticipatory bail application would not lie. Therefore, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
