ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the non-compliance of the order passed in WP.No.28919 of 2011 dated 1/4

17.08.2023, thereby the third respondent therein was directed to take appropriate action to recover the award amount from the first and second respondents therein as per the award dated 13.10.2008 of the Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Coimbatore.

2. The respondent has filed compliance affidavit dated 15.04.2025, before this Court stating that the orders passed by this Court in WP.No.28919 of 2011 dated 17.08.2023 has been complied with.

3. In view of the aforesaid compliance affidavit dated 15.04.2025, this contempt petition is closed.
