ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the connected records relating to the order No.G3/27122/2018 dated 17.07.2019 passed by the second respondent herein and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and promote the petitioner as Steno Typist Grade-II with all consequent monetary other service benefits.

Mr.S.Prakash, the learned counsel representing Mr.M.Muruganantham, learned counsel for the petitioner on record submits that the sole petitioner died and the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner are not interested to prosecute the case and as such he submits that no further adjudication is required in this case and requested to close this writ petition.
