This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to accept the cause title showing legal heirs of deceased S.K.Komarasamy Gounder as the respondents 1 to 4 in the above Review Application.

2. Mr.Ma.P.Thangavel, learned counsel for petitioners submitted that pending Second Appeal in S.A.No.425 of 2002, the sole appellant viz., S.K.Komarasamy Gounder died, his legal heirs were already impleaded and they are contesting E.P. proceedings. Hence, it is just and necessary to show the legal heirs of sole appellant as respondents 1 to 4 herein. Accordingly, he filed the present petition praying to show his legal heirs as respondents 1 to 4.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit as justifiable one, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
