This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to accept the cause title showing Nanjappa Gounder as a deceased in the above Review Application.

2. Mr.Ma.P.Thangavel, learned counsel for petitioners submitted that pending Second Appeal in S.A.No.425 of 2002, the 5th respondent viz, Nanjappa Gounder died on 26.03.2012, but there is no steps taken to record the same. Hence, it is just and necessary to show the 5th respondent as deceased in the present Review Application. Accordingly, he filed the present petition praying to accept the cause title.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit as justifiable one, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and to number the above Second Appeal it is otherwise found to be in order and post the matter on 23.08.2024.
