The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.1,000/- on 22.08.2022, before the Legal Service Authority as ordered by this Court on 18.08.2022, towards the cost for restoring the restoration petition.

2. Therefore, this Restoration Petition is allowed and the Writ Petition in W.P.No.38839 of 2003 is restored to file.

3. Post the case on 09.09.2022.
