ORDER
The order under challenge in the present writ petition is to the recovery action initiated by the 1st respondent pursuant to the order of assessment dated 20.12.2011.
2. It is now brought to the notice of this Court that as against the assessment order dated 20.12.2011, the petitioner had filed appeals before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, 'C' https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Bench, Chennai in I.T.A.Nos.2733 & 2734/Mds/2014 and by an order dated 17.04.2015, the Appeals came to be allowed. As such, the consequent recovery order which is impugned in the present writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition.
