CMP.No.16119 of 2021 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th appellant viz., M. Senthamizhselvi in the above Appeal.

CMP.No.16124 of 2021 has been filed to condone the delay of 344 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th appellant viz., M. Senthamizhselvi in the above Appeal. CMP.No.16126 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record M.Nedunchezhian and Vijay Mani as legal heirs of the deceased 4th appellant viz., M.Senthamizhselvi and rank them as appellants 5 & 6 in the above Appeal and also Velpandian and M. Velpari as legal heirs of the deceased 4th appellant viz., M.Senthamizhselvi and rank them as respondents 18 & 19 in the above Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed on condition that https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Gv the petitioners pays a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court on or before 09.12.2021. In the event of failure on the part of the petitioners in paying the said amount within the stipulated time, these petitions shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court. 03.12.2021 (1⁄2) gv Note: The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause-title and post the main Appeal on 10.12.2021.
