This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 217 days in filing the restoration petition against the dismissed for default order dated 22.09.2021 in C.M.A.No.3469 of 2019 on the file of this Court.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and hence, the petition is allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to restore the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and post the matter on 23.06.2023.
