By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner originally submitted a representation dated 11.02.2010, stating among other things, that the property in Survey No.299/17B, admeasuring an extent of 2.19 acres of punja lands was sold in her favour by means of a sale deed registered as document No.1616 of 1992. and prayed for transfer of patta. Since no response is forthcoming, the petitioner came forward to file this Writ Petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.N.Sampath, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondents.
4. This Court, without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation by enclosing a copy of the earlier representation dated 11.02.2010 as well as the copy of the order passed in this Writ Petition to the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, who, in turn is directed to consider the same in accordance with law after putting on notice the persons concerned and pass orders within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
