ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.Selvam, J.] Petitioner, who is the wife of detenue herein, viz., Praveen, aged 23 years, has filed this petition seeking production of her husband.

2. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent.

3. Today, the petitioner, Detenue Viz., Praveen as also the mother and father of the petitioner are present. On https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry, it is submitted that the Detenue has now taken up residence with the petitioner at her parental home and for now, all is well.

4. In the circumstances, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
