Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to make entry in the School and educational records in respect of the petitioner regarding the community as Hindu Kuravar instead of Sengunthar and consequently direct the 4th Respondent to issue the transfer certificate to the petitioner with the entry of community as Hindu Kuravar.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Mandamus, to direct the 4th Respondent to issue the transfer certificate, indicating his community as Hindu Kuravar, to the petitioner. 2.According to the petitioner, he submitted a representation to the fourth respondent, requesting to mention his community as Hindu Kuravar in his transfer certificate. However, the said request has not been considered by the 4th respondent. Hence, this writ petition.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the respective respondents. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either sides, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the petitioner to produce all the necessary certificates in support of his claim, to the fourth respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such production, the fourth respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and as per law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
