The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 498A, 406, 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC in Cr.No.11 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reiterated the prosecution case and reported that in this case final report has already been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.51 of 2026 and summons have been issued. Hence, this petition is not maintainable.
