ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 11.1.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.612 of 2016, directed the respondent herein to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 19.12.2015 given by the petitioner and upon enquiry, if materials were gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, he was directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ early as possible. Alleging that the said order has not

been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing counter affidavit, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a detailed enquiry was conducted and the same was closed and the closure report was also served on the petitioner by speed post on 30.7.2016.

3. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, I am of the opinion, nothing survives in this contempt petition and the contempt petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved over the closure report, he is at liberty to work out his remedy in a manner know to law, if he is so advised.
