O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct 2nd Respondent to permit the students of the petitioner institution to appear for the first semester examinations for the M.Ed course Academic year 2023-24 Scheduled from 6.3.2024 by issuing the hall tickets to the students as per the approved list of the 2nd Respondent.

2. In view of the fact that the petitioners were not permitted to appear in the semester examination held in March 2024, the relief sought for, lost its relevance and thus, no further adjudication is required.

3. Consequently the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
