] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 28 days in filing the Criminal Appeal in Crl.A.Sr.No.8640 of 2024 against the order in Crl.M.P.No.2361 of 2023 on the file of the Special Court under NIA Act, 2008, Chennai at Poonamallee.

3.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
