Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry), for the respondent.

2. This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent herein to issue Form F declarations to the petitioner herein for the period from April 2006 to June 2007 under the CST Act 1956.

3. The issue in question is non furnishing of Form F declarations. On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) submitted that the respondent, after considering the claim of the petitioner, is inclined to furnish Form F declarations.

4. In view of the same, by recording the said submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry), this writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to furnish Form F declarations, as agreed, within a period of two weeks on receiving a representation from the petitioner along with a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
