PRAYER Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the 1 st respondent pertaining to the impugned G.O (Ms) No. 09 dated 08.01.2025 and the impugned reversion order vide proceedings Se.Mu.Aa.No. Pa.A Pa 2/117666/2024 dated 23.01.2025 issued by the 2nd respondent and to quash the same and to direct the respondents to get back as Assistant Director of Agriculture.

ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has submitted a letter dated 03.12.2025 to the Registry and also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
