Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed by this Honble court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further order in Crl.OP.No.2849/2020 dated 11.02.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.GOPALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- 1.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, seeking to relax the bail condition that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders, as directed by the order of this Court, dated, 11.02.2020, made in Crl.OP.No. 2849 of 2020. 2.Heard both sides.

3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by the order of this Court, dated, 11.02.2020. report before the Respondent Police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
