O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 25.01.2016 made in W.P.No.2356 of 2016, wherein this Court permitted the petitioner to submit one more representation to the respondents 1 to 3 by enclosing a copy of this order as well as copies of the earlier representations, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondents 1 to 3, on receipt of the same, are directed to consider the said representation on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks thereafter without fail.

2. The third respondent has filed a counter affidavit wherein the third respondent has stated that pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has not submitted any fresh representation and the petitioner's counsel has sent a letter to the third respondent on 04.03.2016 along with a copy of the order, which was considered by the third respondent on merits and in accordance with law and passed an order, vide proceedings dated 29.05.2016 in ROC.No.PA6/4678/2014, rejecting the representation of the petitioner. The learned Additional Government Pleader has also produced a copy of the above said proceedings of the third respondent dated 29.05.2016.

3. Since the order passed by this Court has been complied with, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is liberty to challenge the proceedings of the third respondent in ROC.No.PA6/4678/2014 dated 29.05.2016, if he is so advised.
