ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned orders passed by the first respondent in G.O.Ms.No.120, Human Resources Management (FR-IV) dated 01.11.2021 and subsequent G.O.Ms.No.95, Human Resources Management (FR-IV) Department, dated 26.10.2023 and quash the same to the limited extent of para 7 and 8 (xi) of the said G.O.Ms.No.95 dated 26.10.2023 as unsustainable in law and to issue consequential direction to the respondents herein to sanction and disburse the incentive increments to the petitioners for acquiring higher educational qualifications prior to 10.03.2020 as per the Government orders in force which are prior to 10.03.2020.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. This Court had already dealt with a similar issue in W.P.Nos.1605 of 2023 and batch and this Court, by an order dated 29.01.2024, dismissed the writ petitions.
4. Therefore, in the light of the order passed by this Court in WP.Nos.1605 of 2023 and batch, dated 29.01.2024, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
