ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed complaining willful disobedience of the Order passed by this Court in W.P.No.31914 of 2024, dated 12.11.2024.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, it was submitted that the gratuity amount has been received by the party in cash, and a revenue stamp receipt has also been obtained. A copy of the receipt is furnished to the Court.

3. In view of the above, since the order stands complied with, the Contempt Petition is closed.
