(CRIME NO.620/2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police eight Sunday at 10.00 p.m. until further order in Crl.OP.No.1845/2020 dated 06.02.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.GOPALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S. K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- 1.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, seeking to relax the bail condition that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police, on all Sunday for a period of 8 weeks, at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, as directed by the order of this Court, dated, 06.02.2020, made in Crl.OP.No. 1845 of 2020. 2.Heard both sides.

3.It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by the order of this Court, dated, 06.02.2020, regularly. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent has also made the same submission. In view of the same, the said condition is totally relaxed. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
