ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent police to register FIR on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 27.04.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It appears that the petitioner has sent the complaint by post. It is also seen that the petitioner is having wound certificate. Hence, the petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint along with the wound certificate to the respondent police and on receipt of the same, the respondent police shall conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
