Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of certiorarifed mandamus to call for the records relating to the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka. No.4714/Ma.T. Na.2-1/2015 dated 24.11.2015 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to accept the petitioner's application dated 09.09.2015 and grant Aid for Teachers and Food of the Petitioner's School for the year 2015-2016.
