ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.35787 of 2016, by order dated 07.10.2016, directed the 1st respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.06.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, and to send the revised pension proposal of the petitioner by taking into account the service rendered by the petitioner as Balasevika from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 21.08.1978 to 25.02.187 to the 2nd respondent herein, with a period of two weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 07.10.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
